Cocktails In The City is back to celebrate the city’s world class cocktail culture and serve up two nights of cocktail innovation; and we are excited to be part of it!
Sip your way through Angelica’s NEW signature cocktail “Spring Thaw”, created exclusively for the event.
Recipe: 35ml No.3 London Dry Gin, 20ml Lustau Vermouth Rosé, 10ml lychee liqueur, 20ml lemon juice, Peychaud bitters, ginger ale, rhubarb and ginger foam.
Method: Shake and strain the first five ingredients over cubed ice into a chilled wine glass. Add a dash of ginger ale and then top with rhubarb and ginger foam.
